Matthew Dawes is a highly accomplished certified inspector with over 25 years of construction experience with a record of achievement and demonstrated success in construction managing large and small projects ranging from custom homes to commercial and industrial construction that demand attention to detail and planning.  As an inspector he conducts pre-purchase, pre-listing, new home, property management, insurance and commercial inspections.

Matt also performs environmental testing and visual investigations.  Managed over 7000 residential inspections, where attention to detail is a high priority.  Performed over 3000 mold inspections, requiring testing and moisture mapping to identify and report visible and accessible conditions of the structure, supported by analytical data, which in judgment may warrant further evaluation that may include additional sampling and/or management referral to an appropriate specialist for further investigation and warranted actions.
